Valrine Daley-Meleschi - Practice Manager GCIB Organization Development
Valrine Daley-Meleschi brings over 18 years of experience in leadership development program design, executive assessment, helping adults learn at work; executive coaching and group/process facilitation. Prior to joining Citigroup she managed the organization development and training function at ABC/Disney playing a key role in merging corporate cultures through management development. At Columbia University she developed and managed its leadership and service culture development initiatives. Her passion is designing and facilitating rich experiences for professionals to learn at work using innovative and integrated platforms.
Ms. Daley-Meleschi has created strategic partnerships for the collaboration of higher education and economic development initiatives. Valrine has been a member of the adjunct faculty at Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations and the City University of New York. Her work with female professionals in the area of self-promotion and branding received national recognition in O Magazine.
Citigroup initiatives include the design and implementation of integrated organization development solutions for Equity Finance, Equities, Fixed Income, CIB Operations, Technology and General Services and it’s Senior Human Resources Management Team. Valrine has successfully designed and implemented the CitiTech Management Effectiveness Series Pilot for North America and the UK, provided consultation on projects ranging from senior management team assimilation, T+1 conversion readiness action planning strategy, GCIB’s Operating and Management Committees’ 360 degree feedback initiative, divisional and individual 360 implementation, to executive and performance acceleration coaching.
She is certified by the Center For Creative Leadership to administer and coach using their range of 360 degree feedback tools for executives, managers and individual contributors; by Personnel Decisions Inc. and the Tom Peters Group. Valrine is certified by the Achieve Global Group in their Zenger Miller Global Leadership program, Citigroup’s inventory of Executive and Managerial development curricula and coaching platforms.
Valrine is an alumna of Harvard University’s School of Law Program on Negotiation and has completed graduate coursework at Columbia University’s Teachers College in Adult Learning. She holds a BA from the University of Washington in Political Science and Economics.
She resides in Montclair, New Jersey with her family and is an avid murder mystery event detective.
