Josephine M. Panganibana - People Front and Center
Josephine is Managing Partner & Principal of People Front & Center (PFC), a minority-certified human resources and organization effectiveness consulting firm. The firm partners with leaders of organizations who believe in the value of people. PFC then leads these organizations in the design, development and implementation of human capital and organization effectiveness solutions.
Josephine has held senior executive positions in corporate and non-profit organizations. Most recently, she was Senior Vice President for Human Resources & Organization Development at Diversified Information Technologies, an information management and business process outsourcing company. She also served as Vice President for Human and Organization Development at Wilkes University. In addition to leading the human resources function at Wilkes, Josephine had responsibility for leadership development, strategic planning, and process improvement efforts. Before joining Wilkes, she served as the Director of Performance Management and Training at American University in Washington, D.C. At American, she received the Outstanding Performance Award for leading the team that designed and implemented a university-wide performance management system.
Prior to her entry into the field of higher education, Josephine was a business consultant in the Human Capital Services Group at Arthur Andersen. She provided consulting assistance to the firm’s clients in their efforts to design organization structures, reward and recognition programs, performance management systems and succession plans. She would then partner with the client organization to implement these solutions.
Developing the individual and the organization is Josephine’s passion. Her success in facilitating structured learning interventions for individuals and teams as well as leading strategic planning sessions for groups have resulted in focused effort and improved performance.
Josephine received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of the Philippines and her master of arts in organizational psychology from Teachers College at Columbia University. While at Columbia University, she was inducted into the Kappa Delta Phi Honor Society in Education.
